Tokyo Stocks Rebound on Buybacks, U.S. Tech Strength

   Tokyo, Nov. 25 (Jiji Press)--Tokyo stocks turned up Thursday thanks to buybacks that followed a sharp sell-off the previous day, as well as fresh purchases spurred by a rebound of U.S. technology shares overnight.
   The Nikkei average of 225 selected issues listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange advanced 196.62 points, or 0.67 pct, to close at 29,499.28, after losing 471.45 points Wednesday.
