Tokyo Stocks Slide amid U.S. Monetary Tightening Fears

   Tokyo, May 9 (Jiji Press)--Tokyo stocks met heavy selling Monday, tracing U.S. peers down amid concerns about faster monetary tightening by the U.S. Federal Reserve.
   The Nikkei average of 225 selected issues listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Prime market plunged 684.22 points, or 2.53 pct, to finish at 26,319.34, following a 185.03-point climb Friday.
