Tokyo Stocks Turn Up as Concerns over U.S.-China Tensions Recede

   Tokyo, Aug. 3 (Jiji Press)--Tokyo stocks turned up Wednesday on buybacks amid receding concerns over an escalation of U.S.-China tensions over Taiwan.
   The Nikkei average of 225 selected issues listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Prime section climbed 147.17 points, or 0.53 pct, to finish at 27,741.90, after falling 398.62 points Tuesday.
