Tokyo Stocks Fall Back before Fed Announcement

   Tokyo, Sept. 21 (Jiji Press)--Tokyo stocks turned to drop Wednesday, weighed on by a heightened risk-off mood ahead of the U.S. Federal Reserve's announcement of the results of its policy meeting.
   The Nikkei average of 225 selected issues listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Prime section plunged 375.29 points, or 1.36 pct, to close at 27,313.13, after advancing 120.77 points Tuesday.
