Dollar Tumbles after Jumping Close to 145.90 Yen in Tokyo

   Tokyo, Sept. 22 (Jiji Press)--The dollar took a dive after surging to rewrite a 24-year high near 145.90 yen in Tokyo trading Thursday.
   Past 5:45 p.m., the dollar slipped through 140.70 yen, hit by a wave of selling unleashed by the Japanese monetary authorities' dollar-selling, yen-buying intervention.
