Nikkei Falls Back on Chip Sell-Off

   Tokyo, Nov. 17 (Jiji Press)--The benchmark Nikkei stock average suffered a setback Thursday, with selling particularly hitting hard the semiconductor sector.
   The Nikkei average of 225 selected issues listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Prime section dropped 97.73 points, or 0.35 pct, to finish at 27,930.57, following a 38.13-point rise Wednesday.
