Nikkei Retakes 27,000 on Wall Street Rally

   Tokyo, Jan. 24 (Jiji Press)--Tokyo stocks rose for the third straight session Tuesday aided mainly by an extended rally on Wall Street, with the benchmark Nikkei average retaking 27,000 for the first time in about a month.
   The Nikkei average of 225 selected issues listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Prime section jumped 393.15 points, or 1.46 pct, to finish at 27,299.19 after rising 352.51 points Monday, the first closing above the psychological threshold since Dec. 19.
