Tokyo Stocks Turn Higher after Sell-Off, Wall Street Rebound

   Tokyo, March 15 (Jiji Press)--Tokyo stocks turned higher Wednesday as buying sentiment grew following a three-session tumble and an upturn on Wall Street.
   The Nikkei average of 225 selected issues listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Prime section edged up 7.44 points, or 0.03 pct, to finish at 27,229.48 following a 610.92-point plunge Tuesday.
