Dollar Firmer around 138.60 Yen in Late Tokyo

   Tokyo, May 24 (Jiji Press)--The dollar was firmer around 138.60 yen in late Tokyo trading Wednesday while its topside was capped by worries about the U.S. debt ceiling crisis.
   At 5 p.m., the dollar stood at 138.63-63 yen, up from 138.35-36 yen at the same time Tuesday. The euro was at 1.0783-0784 dollars, down from 1.0802-0802 dollars, and at 149.49-52 yen, up from 149.47-48 yen.
