Nikkei Rallies on Higher Chip Issues

   Tokyo, May 25 (Jiji Press)--The benchmark Nikkei stock average rebounded Thursday, led by surging semiconductor-related issues.
   The Nikkei average of 225 selected issues listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Prime section gained 118.45 points, or 0.39 pct, to finish at 30,801.13, following a drop of 275.09 points Wednesday. It posted a higher finish for the first time in three days.
