Tokyo Stocks Likely to Remain Volatile Next Week
Tokyo, April 11 (Jiji Press)--Tokyo stocks are expected to remain volatile next week amid lingering concern over a global economic slowdown due to U.S. President Donald Trump's tariff policy.
This week, the Nikkei 225 stock average covering major issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange shed 195 points, or 0.58 pct, to end Friday's session at 33,585.58 after making wild swings over what Trump calls reciprocal tariffs.
