(Update) KDDI to Offer Unlimited Data Plan for 6,580 Yen

   Tokyo, Jan. 13 (Jiji Press)--KDDI Corp. <9433> said Wednesday it will launch in March a smartphone plan offering unlimited data communications for 6,580 yen per month as part of its "au" flagship mobile services.
   The company also announced a new 20-gigabyte smartphone plan priced at 2,480 yen per month, the cheapest among similar plans by Japan's three major mobile carriers, also including NTT Docomo Inc. <9437> and SoftBank Corp. <9434>.
