Tokyo Stocks Turn Higher on Wall Street Rally, Yen's Drop

   Tokyo, Aug. 14 (Jiji Press)--Stocks bounced back on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Wednesday, in response to a sharp Wall Street rally and the yen's plunge against the dollar amid receded worries about the U.S.-China trade conflict.
   The 225-issue Nikkei average advanced 199.69 points, or 0.98 pct, to end at 20,655.13. On Tuesday, the key market gauge tumbled 229.38 points.
