Japan Post Bank Hit by System Glitch

   Tokyo, April 23 (Jiji Press)--Japan Post Bank said Tuesday that a system failure occurred in the morning, causing delays in around 1,176,000 money deposits from other banks as of 5 p.m.
   Japan Post Bank said that it is working to fix the problem, but it remains uncertain when its services will be restored.
