Nikkei Average Seen Range-Bound Next Week

   Tokyo, May 2 (Jiji Press)--Japan's benchmark Nikkei 225 stock average is expected to remain in its current range next week, amid a dearth of events with the potential to drastically change market sentiment, market sources said.
   In the three-day week through Thursday, the Nikkei index gained 301.31 points, or 0.79 pct, to end at 38,236.07. The Tokyo market was closed on Monday and will enter a four-day weekend from Friday for national holidays.
