Trump Approves Nippon Steel-U.S. Steel "Partnership"
Washington, June 13 (Jiji Press)--U.S. President Donald Trump has approved a "historic partnership" between Nippon Steel Corp. and United States Steel Corp., the two companies said Friday.
The steelmakers signed a national security agreement with the U.S. government that calls for issuing a "golden share" to it.
