People Protest in Front of Osaka District Court Its Rejection of Petition Seeking Injunction to Suspend No. 3, No. 4 Reactors at Kansai Electric Power's Takahama Nuclear Plant in Fukui Prefecture; Banner (Left) Reads 'Unjust Decision'

The 9.0-magnitude earthquake and subsequent monster tsunami waves on March 11 2011 severely damaged Tokyo Electric Power Co.'s Fukushima No. 1 nuclear plant.
