Japan Jan.-March GDP Down Annualized 0.2 Pct in Revised Report
Tokyo, June 9 (Jiji Press)--Japan's gross domestic product in January-March shrank an annualized 0.2 pct from the previous quarter in price-adjusted real terms, the Cabinet Office said in a revised report Monday.
The figure was an improvement from the annualized 0.7 pct drop in a preliminary report announced last month.
In nonannualized terms, the decline was smaller than 0.1 pct, against the preliminary reading of a 0.2 pct slide.
